2017 Great South Bay
Catboat Rendezvous
Race & Filet Mignon Dinner

We want a great turn out this year. If you don’t want to race, bring your boat down anyway and add to the fun of seeing lots of catboats on the bay!  All are welcome to join us for dinner!

Here's the scoop: We'll provide skippers & crew with bagels and coffee Saturday morning beginning at
9:00AM. Rendezvous Race Committee Chair Doug Shaw will review the race and course instructions at the Skippers' meeting at 11:00 AM so that everyone understands the rules and has fun. The race/ rendezvous will be held off
"The Point" of the Sayville Yacht Club following the Skippers' Meeting. Please plan to bring your own lunch or
you can purchase something at the snack bar. We also offer hot (outdoor) showers for those who would like to
freshen up at the club before dinner.

After racing we'll enjoy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails (cash bar) on the deck overlooking the Great South Bay,
followed by our traditional filet mignon dinner and awards presentation. (1glass of wine or beer included)
